Friendly, attentive staff made check-in easy.
We faced major issues during our stay. For starters, the hot tub was out of order for three months, and we were misinformed about its availability. Additionally, the room had inadequate bedding supplies, and I had to wait unnecessarily for an extra blanket. To top it off, I was surprised with parking fees that were not disclosed at check-in, leading to an uncomfortable conclusion to my visit.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for winding down after the event. Only downside was the vending machine was out of snacks, but we found a great little café nearby. 😊
